1. Portal Customization and Visual Design

Out of all the updates we’ve been working on, this one is the most exciting. We couldn’t wait to tell you about it first.

Personalization is key when it comes to building strong client relationships. That’s why we’ve made sure our portal customization tools don’t just give you options — they give you the power to create something that feels truly yours.

You want to make clients feel like they’re getting a unique experience that matches their brand and needs.

  • Customizable blocks & hero sections: Now, you can mix and match blocks to build the perfect layout. Whether it’s for a client onboarding or project updates, you can make sure everything feels personalized.

  • Quick portal duplication: Setting up new portals doesn’t have to be a time-suck. With duplication, you can spin up a new portal in minutes, just copy a template and tweak as needed. It’s a total time-saver, especially when you’ve got lots of clients to manage.
  • Full control with CSS/JS: Want complete freedom to fine-tune the look and feel of a portal? Now you’ve got it. Custom CSS and JS let you bring your clients’ brands to life online, making sure everything looks just right while reinforcing their brand identity.

2. AI Features

We’ve introduced a couple of AI features designed to save you time and make your day a little less… well, chaotic.

What’s New:

  • AI assistant integrated into both Internal Spaces and client portals, helping you find the information you need, answer simple questions, and surface relevant content without the endless digging.
  • Video transcription functionality that transcribes video content, so you don’t have to watch a meeting replay three times just to grab a few key details.
💡 When to use it? Imagine you’ve just wrapped up a client meeting and need to pull key points from the recording. Instead of re-watching the whole video, the AI transcribes it for you, so you can quickly skim through the text to find the information you need.

No more rewinding the video or taking notes during every meeting.

In Internal Spaces, the AI Assistant helps by finding relevant documents, summarizing important updates, and answering simple queries. It’s like having a personal assistant who knows exactly where to look.

3. Automation and Workflow Optimization

With that in mind, we’ve added new automation features that cut down on repetitive tasks, minimize errors, and keep your workflows running like clockwork.

  • Internal task automation. Manage task lists, set up triggers for notifications, and streamline your team’s operations.

4. Data Collection

We know onboarding can sometimes feel like chasing down loose ends. Now we’ve added tools to help you gather client information without the chaos.

  • A dedicated Onboarding Module with forms built right into the portal, so you can request and collect data in one place.

  • Chat Dashboards keep conversations focused on specific projects, making communication streamlined and easy to track.
  • Granular permissions give you precise control over who sees what, ensuring clients only access the information relevant to them.
  • An E-Signature module that simplifies contract handling from NDAs to service agreements with seamless document generation and signing directly in the portal.

📝 When to use it? Let’s say you’re managing three different clients with overlapping deadlines. A task update for Client A doesn’t need to confuse Client B or Client C. The Task Dashboard keeps your to-dos neatly categorized by project, so you can quickly check what’s due when and for whom.

When Client B needs clarification on a deliverable, you hop into their Chat Dashboard, where the entire conversation history for that project lives — no more digging through unrelated threads. And with granular permissions, Client C won’t accidentally access sensitive documents from Client A’s project.

6. Analytics
