At FuseBase, we’re making 2025 a big year. We’re expanding into pre-sales with the introduction of Sales Deal Rooms. These rooms will centralize communication, documents, and progress tracking, creating a seamless transition from initial deal discussions to onboarding and beyond.

But before we get too far into the future, let’s talk about 2024. This year, we took your feedback and ran with it.
We made client portals easier to customize (so they actually look like you care), added AI to handle the boring stuff like transcriptions, and built workflows to save you from spending hours chasing updates.

Client collaboration can get messy without the right tools. That’s why we’ve introduced new project management features to help you stay organized and keep communication crystal clear.
What’s New:
When Client B needs clarification on a deliverable, you hop into their Chat Dashboard, where the entire conversation history for that project lives — no more digging through unrelated threads. And with granular permissions, Client C won’t accidentally access sensitive documents from Client A’s project.
Great client interactions start with understanding what’s working and what’s not. To give you that clarity, we’ve introduced new features that make it easier to analyze data, track performance, and manage your organization at a glance.
