This is my fourth visit to Rock Run. I have completely enjoyed the people here. They are friendly and have helped me through several surgeries as well as Physical Therapy for my back and neck. I had been having a lot of pain with both and they have given me hope that through daily exercises specifically for these issues I will be able to avoid back surgery. Thank you all so very much for your help. I am truly grateful.
