Using Relationships as a Mirror: What Does It Mean?

Have you ever felt triggered or frustrated by your partner's behavior? It's natural to experience these emotions, but what if I told you that those reactions are actually a reflection of your own unhealed wounds? That's right, every relationship we enter is a mirror that shows us the parts of ourselves we need to work on. When we take a step back and observe our reactions, we can begin to do the internal work necessary to become the best version of ourselves. We can start by reducing the emotional charge and taking back the projection we've placed on our partner. This allows us to see clearly and make a sober decision about whether we want to stay in the relationship or not.
