Help to Buy Windows Double Glazing Grant Hindhead Surrey

Gail Moorey from Hindhead, Surrey was recently given a grant for the installation of 3 windows and 2 UPVC doors.

In the video, she gives her feedback of Help to Buy windows and the experience she had with us.

Gail is the sole carer for her 14-year-old boy with a rare form of epilepsy; she was able to work up until about five years ago until her childminder became poorly.

She mentions that by being a homeowner, it is tough to get help and afford home improvements.

She received a phone call from Help to Buy Windows about four months ago; she automatically assumed there would be a catch, but says, in this case, she was able to get new windows and doors installed entirely free of charge.

All she had to do was email through proof of her circumstances, and then she got another call to say she was eligible.

When the surveyor came to visit her, she was able to choose the style of door that she wanted, and the windows were exchanged for modern A-Rated windows.

She was advised to replace her older inefficient wooden front door with a modern A-rated UPVC door.

The bedroom is definitely a lot warmer after the window being replaced, the company that completed the installation was First Home Improvements.  

Two installers turned up to install the windows and completed the job to a really high standard.

Gail would definitely give Help to Buy Windows a 5-star rating for the service she received.
