Houstonians react to 610 water break, boil order with Twitter memes

Houstonians were taken by surprise when a city-owned pipe busted open at Clinton Drive and East Loop 610 Thursday afternoon, flooding the freeway and stranding motorists, prompting school and business closures and a city-wide water boil order.

Houstonians took to Twitter to express their frustrations in the form of hilarious memes and reactions.
