Four Tips For Your Skin Even if you don't have serious dryness or acne problems, your skincare routine still needs to be carefully planned. Many of the ingredients in many skincare products can actually cause skin problems instead of solving them. In this article I will give you four tips for oily skin. Cleansing is perhaps the most important part of your skincare routine. It not only removes makeup and dirt but it also allows your body to re-absorb vitamins and minerals that you have lost from the air. I personally do my cleansing with a warm washcloth and an astringent. Wash your face twice a day, but on some days when I feel especially oily I try to wash twice. If you want to get rid of extra oil on your face, try to avoid using too much soap. The drying effect of too much soap can encourage your skin to produce more oil, which may make your problem worse. Fragrances are a big help for oily skin. In fact, they are so useful that I use fragrances in almost all of my skincare products. The best ingredients to use are plant based. They are less likely to clog your pores than other synthetic ingredients. Another good idea for oily skin is to take a break from shaving once a week. Shaving can create new oils in your skin that you don't need. Also, if you shave while you are oily, you will put more oil on your skin. If you stop shaving and let your skin soak up the moisture, you won't be able to create as much oil. You may not even need a moisturizer again at that point. A good idea for all types of skin is to drink plenty of water. You should also be sure to pay attention to eating a diet rich in antioxidants. By adding water to your diet you will help your skin become healthier. As far as skincare goes, drinking more water than usual is the best thing you can do. Aging is one of the leading causes of dryness. This is not only because of our changing skin but also because of the way we live. The first thing you should do if you have dry skin is to wear sunscreen. Not only does sunscreen protect you from the sun, it is also a great skincare product. As far as skincare goes, sunscreen is a must for everyone. Moisturizing is key to keeping your skin hydrated. For oily skin, moisturizing is different than for dry skin. Apply moisturizer regularly but don't use a lot. There are a few things you can do to reduce the number of times you wash your face. Make sure that you use a toner after you cleanse and that you exfoliate and moisturize every now and then. All in all, you can be sure that you have a pretty good skincare regimen. Do what you can to keep your skin healthy and happy.] Dr Daniel Sister - Vampire Facial London drdanielsister.com/vampire-...
