We were recently contacted by Schultz Chiropractic for some website maintenance and to address some features that were no longer functioning correctly. The client had a number of concerns and was unable to contact the original designer of the website. Pynx Multimedia was able to assess and correct all the clients’ concerns.

Elements that were corrected:
• Set up website backup system. It’s always a good idea to have a backup of your website as many problems can occur when updating your features.
• Site loading speed. By reducing the size of images and installing an updated cache system, we were able to improve the page loading speed. There are a number of factors that can contribute to slow loading pages.
• Features not displaying correctly on mobile platforms. Certain elements can look great on desktop but don’t always display correctly on mobile. We were able to assess some formatting issues with this clients’ site and correct how they were displayed on mobile.
• General saving and updating issues. The client was updating pages through wordpress but the changes were not showing up. Maintenance was required for out of date themes and plugins.

We were also able to run a site audit and correct some errors on the pages and improve some features for better SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
