Knee arthritis is majorly caused by aging. The chances of suffering from it are high among aged people, especially if they have lived their lives includes consuming highly processed foods, smoking, and not being so active. This affects the joints in their knees more than any other part of their bodies. However, this can be prevented to some extent by following healthy lifestyle habits like exercising regularly lest at least take breaks between walks or jogs to give our bodies time to relax. In addition, the onset of knee pain may coincide with the beginning of osteoarthritis that wears off even more as we age.
