Kanban Template

With the help of the Kanban template, you can visualize your workflow with your team. The template consists of 4 columns: To-Do, In Progress, Done, and Need Information. Divide your workflow into these categories to optimize it and make it more efficient. You will also be able to move tasks as you complete them.

How to use:

• Fill the columns depending on the status of the task (To-Do, In Progress, Done, Need Information).
• Move tasks between columns as you complete them
• Visualize the overall scope of your tasks
• Highlight the blockers that need to be solved first
• Mark with checkbox tasks that have already been completed
