Besides the limits on storage space, monthly uploads, and the number of users and workspaces, Business accounts have extra roles and tools for managing the organization. These include Owner and Manager roles that can manage workspaces and content across the organization, as well as an Organization screen where the account administrators can manage members and billing information.

permissions and workspace access for teams. Finally, Business accounts come with advanced reporting
and user controls.

The owner of the account has 5 GB of data. When the owner invites members and they upload files to the workspace, this counts towards the data limit.
Business accounts have a base of 10 GB for monthly uploads, plus 2 GB for each user. For example, an organization with 20 users will have a monthly upload limit of 40+10=50 GB. This quota is shared among everyone in the organization.
If your team reaches the monthly limit, no one will be able to sync or upload new content until the next month. Your content will be safe—nothing will be deleted—but you’ll have to wait until the limit renews to start syncing again. (This may not be the first day of the calendar month; upload limits are reset every 30 days, counting from when your account was created.) If you need more data, you can always increase the limit by upgrading to a plan that supports more members.
