In Fusebase Capture, you can record not just video but audio only—both from the microphone and from a website. You can do this via the Record audio option.

Let’s look at the available functionality:
- Record Mic Sound – if you activate this, the microphone will be recorded.
- Record Tab Sound – records the video of the currently open tab; perfect when you need to capture sound coming from the site.
- Record Desktop Sound – need to capture audio from a meeting? After you click Start record, choose Entire window, enable System audio, and sound from third-party desktop apps (e.g., Zoom) will be recorded as well.

You can also choose which microphone to use for recording.

After selecting the desired options, click Start record to begin recording. When you finish, you can save the resulting file to disk or send it to Fusebase or other services.
