In addition to the assistant in the web client, you can also use it as a browser extension, which is available in all Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc.).
After installing the extension, you need to create an account or log in to your existing Fusebase account.
The assistant currently has two main modules available:
- AI Chat
- Screens
AI Chat #
AI Chat is essentially a clone of the assistant available to you in the web client. With the assistant, you can:
- ask questions about your knowledge base
- generate new content
- search for various information
- and so on.
If you plan to search for information in your knowledge base, you first need to select the workspace containing the required information. You can do this through the workspace selection icon.
Next, choose the desired workspace and return to the chat.
Next, you can ask questions in the chat about the content of the workspace.
You can also request to generate new content, such as a blog post.
You can copy the answer to the clipboard.
Screens #
Here, you can take screenshots and analyze them through AI. For example, you can solve math problems, translate text, or ask for an explanation of what’s shown in the picture.
To create a screenshot, go to the “Screens” section and click “Make screenshot.”
Next, select the desired area and click the checkmark.
Next, the AI analyzes the screenshot and offers its suggestions. You just need to click on the desired option to continue.
You can also type your request into the input, for example, to ask for a text translation.
Threads #
Just like in the web client, our assistant supports threads. By using threads, you can separate your communication with the assistant by topics, which improves the AI’s overall performance and allows for more convenient conversations.
To create a new thread, you need to return to the chat’s main page and simply start typing in the input field.
